About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a WI Market Director - Pharmacy to join our team. Provides oversight and leadership for the pharmacy services across the assigned market- Green Bay, Oconto Falls and Sheboygan, WI. Manages overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities. Plans and implements systems that accomplish work objectives and fulfill the mission and goals efficiently and effectively. This is not a remote position. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is required.
  • 5 years of Pharmacy experience is required.
  • 3 years of Pharmacy leadership experience is required.
  • Licensed as Pharmacist in state of practice is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy is preferred.
  • Residency preferred.
  • Board Certification is preferred.
