Requirements

  • 5+ years Home Care, Hospice or Skilled Home Health leadership roles
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operations, financials, and work within a matrixed environment
  • Strong executive presence and ability to craft and delivery presentations

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Case Management or related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Champion exceptional client care by ensuring every personal care visit meets Elara Caring’s quality, safety, and service standards while fostering a culture of compassion and dignity.
  • Lead, coach, and develop personal care teams—including schedulers, caregivers, and field leaders—to drive high performance, accountability, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee daily operations of the market, ensuring staffing levels, visit completion, compliance, and client satisfaction consistently meet or exceed organizational goals.
  • Partner closely with referral sources, community partners, and healthcare providers to strengthen relationships and expand opportunities for client growth in the market.
  • Analyze market trends, performance data, and operational metrics to identify opportunities, address challenges, and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance by maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring caregiver practices, and upholding state licensing standards and company protocols.
  • Drive caregiver recruitment and retention strategies to build a stable, engaged workforce that is committed to high‑quality home‑based care.
  • Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams (clinical, HR, talent acquisition, scheduling, quality) to align operations with organizational initiatives and improve overall outcomes.
  • Resolve escalated client concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring positive experiences and reinforcing trust with families and community partners.
  • Lead local market development efforts—from community outreach to partnership cultivation—to increase brand visibility and strengthen Elara Caring’s presence in the region.
