About The Position

The Market Development Representative for Pelvic Health at Medtronic is responsible for promoting and selling Pelvic Health products and services within a designated geographic area. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, achieving sales targets, and providing clinical and technical support during procedures. The representative will also conduct market research, develop market strategies, and collaborate with various departments to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or clinical experience preferred.
  • Operating room experience preferred.
  • Established relationships within the Urology space preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Medtronic products is a plus.
  • Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Medtronic's Pelvic Health products and services within an assigned geographic area.
  • Deliver on implant targets and ensure complete registration of all implants within the defined geography.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
  • Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits from Medtronic's Pelvic Health products.
  • Provide clinical and technical support during cases and inform clinicians of patient treatment options.
  • Promote education of the company's products and services.
  • Conduct and evaluate market research including customer and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement market development plans and strategies, making changes as needed.
  • Assess customer needs and feedback regarding new products and communicate to internal stakeholders.
  • Establish effective relationships and collaborate with other departments to address key business issues.
