The Market Development Manager is a strategic advisor, guiding key client and prospect relationships to build RSM advocates in the business community. The Market Development Manager leverages deep knowledge of RSM's business and growth goals to develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with industry and line of business (LOB) priorities. This role focuses on building and enhancing relationships with essential targets, including current clients, prospects, and key community influencers. This individual aligns with RSM's Communication, Marketing, and Growth (CMG) goals and programs. The Market Development Manager will support growth for the DC Metro, McLean, Richmond, and Baltimore offices. Additionally, they will lead marketing efforts in other markets that focus on Government Contracting.
