About The Position

We have been making quality beverages for the Midwest since 1872 and supplying them from 14 distribution centers across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Position Summary: To develop, maintain and grow account volume and gross profit within territory.

Requirements

• High-School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years general sales experience
• Valid Driver's License and Driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• Communication Skills
• Dexterity Skills
• Problem Solving
• Interpersonal Skills
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and supervisor
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, reaching, sitting, kneeling and squatting
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
• Ability to push/pull <55 lbs.
• Ability to lift/carry <55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage appropriate store inventory levels
• Support contract renewal negotiations as requested
• Develop customer relations
• Review business results with customers
• Establish and achieve equipment placement goals
• Ensure account meets company merchandising standards
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
