Role Profile Eastman is seeking a Market Development Manager for our Specialty Plastics division, focusing on the commercial houseware market. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive and sustain growth in assigned market segments. Responsibilities include creating and implementing market plans, monitoring their effectiveness, and making necessary adjustments. The role also involves managing Stage Gate Projects, serving as a marketing subject matter expert, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Key Accountabilities Earnings: Drive variable margin gains by closing new business initiatives. Growth: Measure growth by launch effectiveness, projected revenue from Gate 5 launches, and new business from market development and innovation.
