About The Position

The Market Segment Manager - Agriculture, Government, Automotive, & Lubricant is responsible for developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans to drive growth within a defined customer or industry segment (e.g., Heavy Duty, Truck Fleets, Off-Highway Construction, Mining, or Rail). This role will lead the development of segment strategies, identify target customers, build value propositions, and partner with sales and marketing teams to deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in market segment management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the agriculture, government, automotive, and lubricant industries.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in heavy-duty or off-highway construction markets.
  • Familiarity with mining or rail industries.
