Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns. Market Development Intern Program Summary Duration: 11 weeks, Summer 2026 Dates: June 1st – August 14th Site Visits Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior leadership Skills Workshops Weekly Coffee Chats + Coffee with the CEO Final projects and presentations Engagement events Overview The Market Development Intern will support the Market Development team with planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives tied to new market openings and post-open support. This internship offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional project work and provides an opportunity to learn how market strategy is brought to life across the organization.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student (rising junior or senior preferred)
• Prior work experience; this should not be your first professional role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working through change and ambiguity
• Coachable and open to feedback, with a willingness to jump in and learn
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; analytical or business coursework is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support project plans by tracking milestones, timelines, and task completion across market development initiatives
• Assist with execution related to new market openings, including grand opening planning or post-open support activities
• Help organize, analyze, and summarize information related to new market strategy and performance
• Create presentations and materials that communicate market plans, insights, and updates to internal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand how different teams contribute to market launches
• Participate in an intern project that ties directly to day-to-day work and is presented at the end of the internship
• Travel with the team as needed to support market activities and gain field exposure
