About The Position

As a Market Development Assistant, you will be a key support system for our growing and developing new reserve and career agents, we well as our current agents in our Orem, UT Market Development Center. We’re looking for an individual to help our agents succeed! You’ll manage incoming phone calls and inquiries, set up appointments, prepare correspondence and reports, and provide service for our customers. You’ll love the variety of front line customer service, and the opportunity to support several professionals in a small office who count on you!

Requirements

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent plus one year relevant experience required.
  • Strong computer skills are required in order to quickly learn our multiple systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access skills preferred).
  • Must have strong organizational, communications, and meeting planning/facilitation skills.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong customer service and public relations skills are necessary.
  • Excellent written and oral customer service communication skills required.
  • Licenses in all product lines must be acquired within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Have a two year degree in Office Administration or secretarial program preferred.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access skills preferred
