About The Position

The Market Delivery Manager (MDM) is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and quality control standards for deliveries in a specific market. This role involves daily coordination with various stakeholders, including the Cross Dock Terminal, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and Lowe's stores, to support successful home delivery operations while advocating for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Home Delivery Operations and processes.
• Ability to lead teams and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Market-based team responsible for supporting delivery operations, including performance monitoring and customer service escalations.
• Analyze financial statements and create corrective action plans based on variances.
• Prepare action plans, resolve problems, complete audits, and identify trends in delivery operations.
• Lead the market operations of the XDT Network and interact with 3PL service providers and Lowe's distribution nodes.
• Identify capability gaps and provide coaching to improve service in partnership with 3rd party delivery operators.
• Communicate delivery successes and opportunities with Retail Selling stores to enhance customer experiences.
• Build and maintain business relationships with Retail and Pro Lowe's partners.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities including hiring, promoting, and conducting performance reviews.
