We are looking for a Market Data Vendor Coordinator to join our growing Data Vendor Management team. This team manages our procurement and ongoing relationships with various vendors and exchanges. You will work closely with external vendors and various teams across Jane Street (including our Legal, Technology, Accounts Payable, and Infrastructure teams) to: * Support daily operations of the Data Vendor Management team * Ensure that metadata is accurately and consistently captured in our inventory repository * Handle downstream invoice and contract workflows * Manage subscriptions, user access, and relationships with subscription vendors We're looking for an independent and organized individual who can jump into the work to make an immediate impact. The right person for this position will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people from all different backgrounds. While this role is based in New York, your work will support our global team.
