The main focus will be on the Low Latency Platform (LLP) (Exegy), and Thomson Reuters TREP Supporting and implementing exchange driven changes (EDCs) as required Providing escalated support for Trading desks and application teams Collaboration with global team colleagues This role requires commitment to work within a shift rotation, including early, late, plus on call and weekend work

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT experience with thorough knowledge of Market Data Distribution technologies (eXegy, CSAT/Wombat/SR Labs, Reuters, Bloomberg)
  • Strong knowledge of consolidated and direct feeds
  • Experience in market data content from multiple providers
  • Good knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast, Routing Protocols, Security)
  • Good working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating environments
  • Experience in financial market applications, exchange data and internal trading flows
  • Strong scripting experience in at least one of the languages python, perl or shell
