About The Position

A Customer Service Associate is responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products, services, loss prevention, etc.

  • Walk, stand, climb ladders, be on feet entire shift
  • Push/pull a heavy loaded pallet with manual pallet jack
  • Push/pull a loaded stock cart
  • Operate heavy equipment; Baler, etc. (will train)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum age 18

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Loss Prevention, Security and/or Customer Service preferred
  • Navajo Speaking preferred

Responsibilities

  • Help and assist customers in finding merchandise and providing information
  • Greet and talk politely with customers
  • Comply with Loss Prevention guidelines
  • Gain and maintain knowledge of merchandise
  • Operate tools and equipment safely
  • Comply with supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude
  • Function as a team member and get along with others
