As a Market Coordinator within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in San Francisco, CA. This position may also be located in Walnut Creek, CA or San Jose, CA. The Market Coordinator (MC) is a trusted partner to the PNC Private Bank Leadership and Advisor teams. The Market Coordinator partners with leadership and advisor team members to proactively manage their administrative needs. This enables advisor capacity to work more closely with clients by providing essential day-to-day office support, which will help our clients achieve and maintain financial success. The Market Coordinator fulfills responsibilities across all PNC Private Bank disciplines. This role reports directly to the Sales Leader or Functional Leader for their respective location. Job Description Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. Analyzes, assesses, and documents client requirements. Manages the administration of multiple complex client implementations simultaneously and related client interactions. Consults with clients and service partners to gather and utilize data to establish or update client specific information for products/services. May serve as a customer solutions and peer resource. Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners. Facilitates/coordinates internal and external stakeholder meetings. Participates in special projects and initiatives. Creates and maintains project documentation, and creates/delivers reporting on project progress. Escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary and helps resolve challenges regarding implementation, servicing and production support issues raised by staff or client. Helps identify and drive development of necessary solutions. Ensures positive ongoing client experiences. Gathers required documentation and prepares, reviews, and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs complex processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes.
