About The Position
The Market Associate at Dreaming Out Loud Inc. (DOL) will operate the Kelly Miller Farmers Market every Saturday between June 7th, 2025 and November 22nd, 2025. The Market Associate will be responsible for all parts of market preparation including loading a company vehicle with all market equipment and supplies: food, tents, tables, electronics, etc. From start to finish, the Market Associate will oversee the market operations, provide exceptional customer service, speak about market offerings, upsell produce, and effectively communicate with other market staff and volunteers. The Market Associate will engage in community outreach which includes posting flyers, distributing promotional materials, answering the market phone, and replying to voicemails and texts with customers about market operations.
