Our Market Analyst will collaborate with our Sales and Pricing teams to provide in-depth analysis of the magnet wire market and our customer base. They will support our Pipeline Management process, leading opportunities through our CRM RFQ process and ensuring data accuracy and progress on our Commercial KPIs. Success in this role will be focused on regular management of our pipeline and market reporting, as well as developing new tools and dashboards to effectively communicate progress with senior leadership teams.

  • Pipeline Management: Administration of our CRM RFQ Process and reporting for our quote KPIs
  • Market Research: Maintenance of quarterly market research, such as peer comp analysis, competitive landscape, and regular reporting on monthly import data
  • Market Share Analysis: Ongoing reporting on market share, coordinating with pipeline data to provide full picture of North American magnet wire market
  • Pricing Support: Provide back-up of pricing activities and support of daily and monthly metal management systems, working closely with sales accounting and commercial teams
  • CRM Customer Portal Management: Acting as point person for our internal distribution network through their CRM-based customer portal, managing requests and connecting appropriate resources.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or Business OR
  • 3 years of experience working in marketing or business analytics with experience managing commercial data
  • CRM or Pipeline Management system experience
  • Advanced levels of MS Excel and reporting systems
  • Strong program management skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams through program management
  • Workflow analysis & system management
