  • Provide marketing management with financial advice on actual performance, segment pricing, business plans and other discreet projects.
  • Lead financial modeling development and analysis for major business proposals across multiple market segments.
  • Drive engagement with pricing teams to assess customer price structures and optimize as needed.
  • Provide guidance to marketing management on economic drivers of the business; both internal (P&L) and external (IRI analysis).
  • Comprehension and support of price modeling (fixed and variable) and conversion margin (VARM – Value Above Raw Materials) methodologies.
  • Execution of assigned project with high levels of coordination to ensure all teams are accountable and delivering as expected.
  • Organization of financial data for contract negotiations.
  • Ability to compile data by collaborating cross functionally with R&D, Product Management, Operations, and Finance.
  • Actively participate in account planning and contract negotiations. Examples of participation include responsibility for the organization of financial data to present internally to marketing leaders.
  • A four year college degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis on marketing, economics, business administration, finance, or engineering preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of analyst experience (manufacturing background preferred)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
  • SAP/Power BI experience preferred
