Ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of information generated by the panel by coordinating commercial requests, conducting comprehensive data quality analyses, and implementing operational actions that guarantee reliable data for strategic decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritization and coordination of commercial requests
  • Receive, prioritize, and coordinate requests from the Commercial area to the Market Analysis team.
  • Monitor the progress of each request, ensuring timely responses and deliverables with high-quality standards.
  • Act as the main liaison between teams to ensure clarity on requirements, scope, and expectations.
  • Relationship management with key commercial stakeholders
  • Maintain close and proactive communication with leaders and key users within the Commercial area.
  • Understand business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure panel data quality meets commercial requirements.
  • Provide visibility on panel quality status, potential risks, and ongoing corrective actions.
  • Panel quality analysis and diagnostics
  • Conduct global analyses of panel data quality, integrating various information sources (internal databases, quality KPIs, validation tools, benchmarks, etc.).
  • Evaluate trends, anomalies, and deviations to diagnose the current quality state and identify root causes.
  • Prepare executive reports with findings, insights, and recommendations.
  • Definition and implementation of improvement actions
  • Design and drive corrective and preventive actions within the operational workflow to ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with operational, technology, and analytics teams to implement process, methodology, or system improvements.
  • Monitor the impact of implemented actions and make adjustments based on performance and results.
