About The Position
The Market Activation Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the go-to-market activities for defined strategic growth plans and priorities within the organization. This position collaborates closely with regional, local, and industry group leaders, as well as marketing and business development professionals, to ensure that marketing programs are effectively activated across various channels, including brand campaigns, events, and sales enablement initiatives. The Market Activation Manager is tasked with coordinating aligned activities and processes that promote a consistent and effective approach to market engagement, thereby enhancing the brand's presence in the marketplace. In this role, the Market Activation Manager is responsible for establishing and documenting best practices and processes for this newly defined function. As the function grows, the manager will also take on supervisory responsibilities, overseeing additional team members. The position requires a proactive approach to understanding regional goals and priorities, providing feedback to national marketing teams, and developing processes that support industry, event, and sales enablement activities. The manager will act as a liaison between industry-specific sales and marketing materials and market-facing professionals, ensuring that they have access to relevant insights and resources to drive growth activities. Additionally, the Market Activation Manager will maintain a project tracking process using defined project management tools, assist in organizing events, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and marketing teams. This includes updating CRM systems, conducting research, and preparing materials for meetings. The role demands excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a client-oriented mindset, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a dynamic environment.
