Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in healthcare policy, test pricing, and patient access.

Responsibilities

  • Support Market Access Strategy Development: Assist in the preparation of market access plans, including stakeholder mapping, payer landscape analysis, and value proposition development.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct research on healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and pricing trends across global markets.
  • Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR): Support the development of value dossiers, budget impact models, and literature reviews.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other colleagues in the Medical & Scientific Affairs, Regulatory and Commercial teams to align market access strategies.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and policy changes that may impact access and reimbursement.
  • Administrative & Project Support: Help organize internal meetings, prepare presentations, and maintain project documentation.
