About The Position

The Market Access Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) - Central Region at ADMA Biologics is responsible for providing education and support to healthcare providers regarding the ADMA HUB Patient Support Program and navigating payer coverage and policies. This role serves as the local market access expert, ensuring clear communication between providers and ADMA while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The position requires extensive travel within the Central region and occasional national meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in life science or business; master's degree is a plus.
• 10 years of experience in a major pharmaceutical organization on the field reimbursement team.
• Deep understanding of Medical and Pharmacy benefits, billing, and coding practices for infused products.
• Extensive frontline experience with various infusion service areas in the US healthcare system.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments.

Nice To Haves

• RN certification is a plus.
• Experience in Rare Disease, Plasma/IVIG, Oncology, or Orphan Disease.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage, criteria, and policy education to healthcare provider offices and infusion centers.
• Communicate technical knowledge of patient enrollment, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Serve as the market access training lead for the territory, delivering policy updates and program information.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to support providers.
• Maintain compliance with PHI/HIPAA and company policies.
