About The Position

While working in the washbay, you will clean and detail the exterior and interior of new boats prior to customer pick up, and complete various levels of detail service to storage and service boats based on customer specifications. You will help maintain and clean and organized area, managing cleaning supply inventory, and keeping equipment in good working order. Help with maintaining other areas as needed.
This position requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping. Position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Position may be required to work across a wide variety of Maine weather conditions.
This is a seasonal Position, M-F 7:30 am-4-5 pm, and Saturdays from 8-12 April-July.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Authorized to work in the US
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must have legible handwriting
• Ability to speak effectively and use walkie in a manner that displays professionalism with customers
• Ability to work independently & with a team
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to handle a fast pace and quickly transition between job duties

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a marine environment
• Experience in detailing/reconditioning
