Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marine Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of boat systems, engines, and marine electronics.
• Proficie ncy in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications from recognized marine industry organizations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on boat engines, systems, and components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform installations of marine electronics, navigation systems, and other accessories.
• Conduct inspections and provide detailed reports on the condition of vessels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers.
• Stay updated on the latest marine technologies and repair techniques.
