About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, self-assured Marine Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on various watercraft(s) at our Eagle River location. YBC provides a fun and safe environment! A Marine Technician specializes in repairing and maintaining water vessels such as ships, boats, and yachts. Among their responsibilities include addressing the clients' issues and concerns, troubleshooting problems, inspecting and fixing electrical and mechanical equipment, installing new systems, and assessing existing ones to identify areas needing improvement, conducting upgrades as required. Furthermore, as a marine technician, it is essential to maintain an active communication line with team members while adhering to the safety policies and regulations. To be successful as a Marine Technician, you should have excellent attention to detail and strong self-discipline. An outstanding Marine Technician demonstrates great hand-eye coordination and should be able to follow written and verbal instructions. *This is a full-time, seasonal position, which typically runs through late October.
