About The Position
Boater's World Marine Centers is a leading marine dealership committed to providing exceptional service and high-quality products for boating enthusiasts. Our Lake Placid location is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team and help manage our growing service department. The Shop Foreman will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and excellent customer service. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, including managing technicians and meeting productivity targets.
