About The Position

We are presently seeking to hire Marine Services Technicians from Helpers to Senior Mechanics in support of our Maritime Solutions Jacksonville Facility. The selected candidate will be required to setup ship/vessels for any pumping operations. Also required to set up air services. Operate Truck and assigned tank cleaning duties as required. able to blank tanks and submit blanking logs.

Requirements

Ability to operate a vacuum truck.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Ability to work with others as a team.
6 months experience working in a Heavy Industrial Environment.
Rated Mechanics must have the following tools upon hire.
½” drive ratchet & sockets from 3/8”up to 1”
Wrenches from 3/8” up to 1”
Metric sockets and wrenches from 10mm up to 22mm
Crescent wrenches 8”, 10” and 12”
18” pipe wrench
Phillips and Flat Head Screw Drivers
Small Pry Bar
Pocket knife
Must be able to obtain and maintain Defense Biometric Identification System "DBIDS" access card

Responsibilities

Setup ship/vessels for any pumping operations.
Set up air services.
Operate Truck and assigned tank cleaning duties as required.
Able to blank tanks and submit blanking logs.
