As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role supporting customers with technical operational issues by executing troubleshooting and field service requests received through the International Marine Service Desk. You will have the opportunity to fully understand the marine customers' processes and needs and be able to match and motivate the customer to choose Alfa Laval products, applications and service offerings, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is a Remote opportunity located in Houston - Greenspoint, TX.
