Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM or dealership systems
• LightSpeed or LightSpeed EVO experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used boats, motors, and marine equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Follow River Valley Marine’s proven dealership sales process
• Maintain strong product knowledge of boats, motors, accessories, and competing brands
• Create a professional, welcoming showroom environment
• Follow up with customers before, during, and after the sale
• Work boat shows, dealership events, and promotional activities
• Attend sales meetings and collaborate with dealership leadership
• Maintain professional appearance and dealership standards
• Provide flexible availability based on customer flow
