Waterfront/Marine Structural Project Manager will have a key role in managing projects, clients, training staff and providing waterfront/marine engineering expertise. PM will be involved with preparing reports, drawings and overseeing waterfront permit applications. - Lead and review advanced structural and geotechnical engineering analyses for waterfront infrastructure projects. - Manage design efforts for a range of coastal and marine structures including bulkheads, seawalls, pile-supported platforms, breakwaters, revetments, stabilized embankments, and mechanically stabilized earth systems. - Guide the preparation and submission of regulatory permit applications for waterfront development, including those required by NYSDEC, USACE, and NYC Small Business Services. - Oversee the development of technical reports, construction documentation, and project-related correspondence. - Direct field investigations, structural inspections of waterfront facilities, and provide engineering oversight during construction activities. - Coordinate multiple projects - Proposal development, change order drafting, invoice review, and client engagement.
