About The Position
Earth Tech Enterprises is seeking an experienced Marine Construction Estimator to support our growing Marine & Heavy Civil Division. This role is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive bids for waterfront and infrastructure projects throughout Southwest Florida.
Requirements
- 5+ years estimating experience in marine or heavy civil construction
- Strong knowledge of marine means and methods
- Ability to read construction plans and bid documents
- Estimating software and Excel proficiency
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for marine and heavy civil projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications
- Price labor, equipment, materials, trucking, and subcontractors
- Analyze marine construction methods, logistics, and productivity
- Evaluate site access, tides, water depth, and staging constraints
- Support bid reviews, pricing strategies, and project turnover
