Requirements

Proficiency in using AccuMark or similar CAD software to design and create accurate master patterns from sketches or specifications.
Strong technical and hands-on abilities in pattern development and production.
Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability in a production environment.
Clear and professional communication skills with team members and designers.

Responsibilities

Create accurate and high-quality canvas patterns tailored to specific boat models.
Translate design concepts into production-ready patterns using CAD/drafting software or traditional hand methods.
Perform pattern grading and adjustments to accommodate various sizes and models.
Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure final products meet all specifications and quality standards.
Test and verify patterns for fit, function, and quality; assist in developing and refining production procedures as needed.
