This position is responsible for setting up and operating equipment that mixes or blends ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. $17.60 per hr. plus $1.00 for shift differential Marination Attendant must be able to come in early or stay late as needed by production managers. This position is responsible for weighing marination ingredients and for properly mixing the ingredients to create the product marination. Team member must refer to the spec book for the proper marination ingredients and amounts according to the to the product code that is to be run. Obtains the ice needed for the mixing operation. Once the spec sheet has been consulted, operator gets the needed ingredients from the storage area and they are weighed. The amount of ingredients varies according to how large or small an order size is and how much marination needs to be mixed to prevent waste. Must be willing/able to lift up to 50lbs. All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history. This facility will not accept applicants that have worked for Tyson Foods more than 3 times. This facility accepts rehires after 365 days. Tyson reserves the right to require longer waiting periods or not accept rehires based on the reason for dismissal
