About The Position

This position is responsible for mixing marinade and operating the tumble marinators. This person is also responsible for dumping raw product to be marinated. This person will weigh out dry ingredients brought to the line to match the product recipe. This person will measure out the water and add the appropriate amount of ingredients into mixing tank to prepare the marinade for production. This person will follow the correct mixing procedure. This person will add the appropriate amount of marinade to the raw product by weight. This person is responsible for operating the tumblers to run according to the product specification. This person also shares the responsibilities of the Line Feeder. This person is ultimately responsible for supplying the line with marinated product. Work as directed by supervisor This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Rehire Consideration: 180 days (6 months) waiting period. Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire. Failed Drug Screen - if you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.
