About The Position
The Maintenance personal provides cleaning and maintenance to Marina building areas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all areas of marina buildings
- Keep electric up to code and updated
- Repair/Maintain water pipes
- Repair/Maintain offices
- Fix/Replace and Maintain all mechanical/electrical operations
- Paint and Maintain all Marina facilities
- Summer/Winterize all Marina facilities
- Daily trash removal
- Daily cleaning of all surface areas
- Inspect and maintain dock cables
- Repair any electrical problems
- Daily walk through of marina
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Other duties as assigned
