Who We’re Looking For: A Marina Maintenance Associate for our Cincinnati, OH Morningstar Marina: a people-person and team player who loves to lend a helping hand, make people smile, and knock out a checklist. We’re looking for a can’t-sit-still type who is drawn to the outdoors and whose ideal job is in the sun, on their feet, and with a team of equally passionate, fantastic people working toward the same goal: a superior customer experience. What You’ll Do: Create exceptional customer experiences and build relationships Take pride in our operation, service, and appearance, constantly looking for and acting on ways we can be better Improve and maintain our property and facilities daily Work with boats and boaters, learning marine skills and tricks of the trade Enforce safety, adhering to all policies and regulatory standards as well as Morningstar guidelines All candidates extended an offer for employment must pass a pre-employment background check.

Requirements

  • Independence & intuition; excellence in execution
  • A “can do & happy to” attitude
  • Comfort with heavy machinery and confidence maneuvering vehicles
  • Commitment to a zero accident culture
  • Ability to move comfortably around the property, doing hands-on work
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • High School diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • prior forklift, heavy machinery operation, or construction experience
