Responsibilities

• Breakdown flowers off of stem and stalk to separate unusable waste from usable product.
• Trim cannabis to meet company aesthetics, producing the highest quality product efficiently.
• Exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking, and communication skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively with others.
• Adapt trimming techniques to various strains, styles, and types of marijuana.
• Manage time efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining quality.
• Follow basic instructions and take constructive criticism from managers.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the workspace at all times.
• Trim at least 1 pound (454 grams) of finished product in an 8-hour period.
• Assist in various areas of the company as needed, including helping grow staff and packaging department.
