We are looking to add a Margin Analyst to our Trading team. In this role, you'll serve as the daily administrator of cash debit and margin activity, playing a crucial role in assisting advisors to ensure client accounts are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. As a Margin Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: Liaising with advisors, traders, and internal partners on a daily basis to ensure tasks are accomplished in a timely manner. Provide guidance to advisors on relevant policies and procedures surrounding cash debit and margin items. Identify opportunities for improvement and participate in the enhancement process, contributing your knowledge and ideas to enhance advisor experience and reduce operational risks and inefficiencies. Researching customer margin and debit issues using multiple tools. Assess daily cash debit and margin actions to manage workload within margin team. Communicating with clients, advisors and internal partners to work through resolving issues, and provide recommendations and/or solutions to continuously improve processes and ensure efficiencies across the team. Ownership of maintaining and updating client account records for accuracy. Reconcile cash debit and margin actions to individual account ensuring accounts are in good order to trade. Meeting intraday deadlines to comply with relevant financial regulations as outlined in company policies and procedures. Independently researching trade and operational issues as needed by the trading team. Monitor and manage changes to the custodial platform to recommend changes to cash debit and margin processing to take advantage of system changes. Update policies and procedures as needed. Participate in internal audits, FINRA audits and Compliance reviews.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of client services experience
  • 1+ year of experience with Excel
  • Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field such as Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Economics.
