About The Position
The Marcus Alert Clinician works as part of a mobile, co-response team in coordination with local law enforcement to address acute behavioral health symptoms and environmentally de-stabilizing events that require a multi-disciplinary response. This team provides trauma-informed assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination and clinical determination, linking to the next level of care for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis in the community.
Requirements
- Must have at least a Bachelor's degree with QMHP certification.
- Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record and reliable ability to transport self to required work / meeting / training sites
- Must be willing and able to participate in physical training as a necessary part of job responsibilities.
Nice To Haves
- A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work, that can lead to licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT etc.) preferred.
- Experience working in crisis related services is preferred.
