About The Position

The Internal Communications Specialist assists in the creation, execution, and optimization of high-quality messaging for employees. This role involves producing, editing, and coordinating digital and editorial materials that reflect the organization’s values and support an inclusive, engaging employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn, with strong writing, content production, and digital communications skills.

Requirements

  • 3 years in a marketing or advertising agency setting
  • Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Assist in producing and editing diverse communication types—including articles, updates, social posts, and multimedia assets—in alignment with editorial calendars and organizational values.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal communications and creative teams to deliver accurate, engaging, and consistent messaging.
  • Support the scheduling and publication of content for internal platforms, including the intranet, internal social media, and executive communications.
  • Assist in monitoring communications performance metrics and gathering employee feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for internal initiatives and engagement campaigns.
  • Maintain awareness of compliance requirements and best practices in internal communications.
  • Support campaign execution and assist in organizational change or crisis communications as needed.
