About The Position

The MARCOM Support Coordinator provides high-impact administrative and operational support to MARCOM leadership, ensuring priorities move forward smoothly, meetings are productive, and communications are polished and on-brand. This role is equal parts executive assistant, project coordinator, and marketing operations support—ideal for someone who thrives on organization, discretion, and keeping fast-moving teams aligned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, operations coordination, or administrative roles (marketing support a plus).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.
  • High discretion handling sensitive or confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, priorities, meeting logistics, and travel planning/itineraries.
  • Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and meeting materials, capture notes, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain executive-level organization systems (files, templates, contacts, vendor info, key documents).
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Coordinate deadlines and deliverables across marketing projects (campaigns, events, communications, creative).
  • Track tasks and status updates in tools like Monday/Teams/SharePoint/Slack (or similar).
  • Support budget tracking: purchase requests, invoices, vendor setup, and expense reconciliation.
  • Maintain marketing “run-of-show” documents for events, leadership updates, and internal initiatives.
  • Draft, proofread, and format internal communications, emails, memos, and presentations
  • Help maintain brand consistency in documents and presentations (templates, logos, basic formatting standards).
  • Coordinate approvals and version control for executive-facing collateral.
  • Support planning and execution for conferences, sales meetings, internal events, and executive offsites.
  • Manage registration, shipping, attendee lists, schedules, and post-event follow-up.
