About The Position
Minimum Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in music performance or music education is required. Marching Band Staff members must have appropriate experience teaching marching and/or concert bands. Ability to communicate in written and/or verbal form Ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds Ability to professionally represent the program/department Ability to work with clients (students, employees, public) via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, phone calls, and/or emails As needed, ability to work independently or as a team member team Ability to be organized Preferred Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in music performance or music education is required.
