About The Position
The registered school nurse will provide healthcare to students with acute and chronic health concerns. This may include administering medication (e.g. insulin injections), nebulizer treatments, seizure care, allergy care, etc. They will develop and monitor healthcare plans, treat student injuries or illnesses, and advise students, staff, and parent(s)/guardian(s) on health-related issues. This is a temporary position during summer camp and fall marching band season as needed.
