The position is for a Marching Band Drumline Instructor at Windsor High School. This role involves teaching and guiding students in the drumline section of the marching band, contributing to their musical education and performance skills.
Instruct and lead the drumline section of the marching band.
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies for drumline performance.
Prepare students for performances and competitions.
Collaborate with other band instructors and staff.
Attend rehearsals and performances as scheduled.
Experience in teaching or instructing a drumline or similar musical group.
Strong knowledge of percussion instruments and marching band techniques.
Ability to work effectively with students of varying skill levels.
Previous experience in a marching band setting.
Music education degree or related field.
