Assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include quickly clearing dirty table settings and preparing tables for resetting, promptly and consistently resetting all service ware, maintaining stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments, serving guests with beverages, bread, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenishing as necessary, transporting all dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning, complying with attendance rules and being available to work on a regular basis, and performing any other job-related duties as assigned.
