As a MarTech Engineer, Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that inform business strategies and drive performance. You will work closely with cross-functional Adobe and client teams to design, develop, and implement advanced analytical solutions. Your expertise in Python/R, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Advanced Analytics, and Databricks will be essential in this role.

  • Develop and maintain advanced data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Utilize Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical analysis to uncover trends and insights.
  • Design and implement machine learning models using AWS SageMaker for predictive analytics.
  • Create and manage complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop custom applications and automation workflows using Power Apps to streamline business processes.
  • Perform data mining, cleaning, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Utilize Databricks for big data processing and advanced analytics.
  • Conduct thorough data and statistical analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, focusing on advanced analytics and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in complex query writing and database management.
  • Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with Power Apps for developing custom applications and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker for machine learning and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with Databricks for big data processing and advanced analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with other BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
  • Certification in relevant BI and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning).
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud Adobe Experience Manager(AEM) (Site, Assets, Multi-Site Manager, Creative Cloud Asset Link) Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign Adobe Launch/Tag Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Journey Analytics).
