The MarCom Coordinator is a key team member responsible for keeping marketing operations running smoothly. This role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can manage tasks, budgets and project workflows while anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise. Success in this role means being adaptable, detail-oriented and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our team values accountability, teamwork and strategic thinking, and we're looking for someone who can bring both structure and agility to support our marketing efforts. The Coordinator's primary responsibility is to assist with managing relationships, partnerships, programs, events and campaigns that result in growing annual revenue for the Foundation. The Coordinator collaborates with colleagues throughout the Foundation and/or hospital to help deliver first-class programs, events, recognition, and service to internal and external donors.
