About The Position
Under the direction of the Mapping Technologist 2, the Mapping Technologist 1 is responsible for ensuring geospatial data and analysis projects are completed according to agency standards and meet agency business needs. The incumbent assists in identifying geospatial data and analysis needs, gathering and integrating data on processes and patterns, managing and analyzing large datasets, and creating products to support data-informed decision-making in disasters and emergencies.
