About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Focus Factory Manager to lead Wayne Dalton's Pensacola site in the hardware and components area of our plant. This position reports directly to the Plant Leader and is responsible for overseeing a team of over 120 hourly non-union employees. The Focus Factory Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the achievement of high levels of performance across all aspects of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, skilled in motivating, challenging, and stretching employee resources to achieve optimal productivity, quality, and safety standards. This role is key in ensuring the plant's success in delivering high-quality components to dealers, distributors, and for intra-company transfers to other manufacturing sites across the U.S.
