About The Position

Manufacture product as directed, strictly following procedures as detailed in CBR, and in compliance with S.O.P. and cGMP procedures. Lifting requirements up to 50 pounds. Must have medical clearance to be able to wear a respirator to perform the duties of the job. Check and identify all raw materials using crude codes to insure correct manufacture of products. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of compounding department. Maintain proper liaison with all departments to contribute to the team philosophy. Responsible for following all safety regulations and complying with S.O.P.'s, CT DEEP, EPA, OSHA, FDA, and cGMP's while performing duties. Accurate documentation of each phase of the manufacturing process including batch sheets and daily logs Follow all Environmental and OSHA requirements. Attend in-house training sessions. Other assigned tasks as necessary assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Computer literacy including MS Office, and the ability to learn in-house programs.
  • High degree of focus on quality standards
  • Reliability and a strong work-ethic, including accountability and ownership for all work produced.
  • Ability to read and follow directions, complete paperwork and communicate effectively in English.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete required documentation and keep accurate records
  • Basic math acumen
  • Lifting requirements up to 50 pounds. Must have medical clearance to be able to wear a respirator to perform the duties of the job.
  • Ability to wear required PPE including a respirator (face must be clean shaven for proper respirator fit).
  • This position requires use of a respirator and so a clean shaven face is a requirement in order to ensure a secure respirator fit. You must be fully comfortable with NO facial hair in order to be considered for this job. Please only apply if you have no apprehensions about being clean shaven every day.
