As a Manufacturing Warehousing Partner, you'll perform duties related to inventory management. Requirements - a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) - basic math, reading, and writing skills - attention to detail Work Centralized Warehousing Operations: - Successfully completes required training for the role and responsibilities; applies related knowledge to all responsibilities - Ensures the first product in is the first product out - Performs other duties as assigned - Cycle Counts: - Performs counts to the designated aisles / levels to verify accuracy of pick - s inventory - Records findings in inventory report - Provides feedback on variances to leadership or assigned party - Request to Count: - Uses reporting tools to verify all product flagged to be counted have been addressed - Records findings in inventory report - Provides feedback on variances to leadership - Reporting: - May perform data entry tasks - May compile, organize, and maintain reports - Applies a general understanding of reports generated by supervisors and managers - Sanitation (Housekeeping): - Accurately cleans and organizes assigned areas in compliance with Sanitary Food Transportation Act (SFTA) and Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) regulations - Performs work assignments per SOPs - Recovers as much damage as possible Background - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Can You... - Occasionally lift 5 to 60 lbs for the duration of shift - Stand, walk, and squat for extended periods of time during shift - Work in either a hot or cold environment for the duration of shift - Work day and night shifts, holidays, and weekends
